Florida Bar admission is required; knowledge and experience in bankruptcy court proceedings would be advantageous.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and depositions.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.Manage client relationships and communicate case developments effectively.Requirements:5-7 years of federal court commercial litigation experience.Strong understanding of bankruptcy court proceedings (preferred).Stellar academic record, including law school performance.Florida Bar admission.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Florida Bar admission.Skills:Exceptional research and writing abilities.Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.Strong oral advocacy skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
