Line management responsibility for the Information Security Officer and the Corporate Policy & Assurance Officer. To lead on the development and maintenance of The data privacy programme and policy framework. To support The strategic activities by working closely with the Head of Performance and Assurance and relevant colleagues across the organisation. To work across the organisation to track delivery against the organisation’s corporate plan initiatives and assurance framework. To establish efficient systems that facilitate the effective management of complaints and complements across the organisation and establish a learning culture from the effective analysis of complaints. .
