We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Health Insurance Agent to serve as a Compliance Specialist in our Kendall, FL call center. This vital role involves addressing and resolving compliance issues during the application submission process to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:• Monitor the submission of health insurance applications by call center and field agents.• Identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues and inaccuracies in application submissions.• Contact customers to correct errors or complete necessary adjustments to facilitate application processing.• Maintain thorough knowledge of health insurance policies, compliance requirements, and updates.• Provide support and guidance to agents to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards. Qualifications:• Licensed Health Insurance Agent in Florida.• Proven experience in a call center environment.• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
