As a pivotal role within our organization, you will oversee wellpoint installations, ensure operational excellence, and promote safety standards, making a significant impact on our projects and the communities we serve.Job Responsibilities- Oversee the installation and maintenance of wellpoint systems and dewatering equipment.- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to determine dewatering needs and system requirements.- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards during operations.- Lead and train a team of technicians in the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of wellpoint systems.- Conduct site assessments to identify potential challenges and plan appropriate dewatering strategies.- Monitor the performance of wellpoint systems, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.- Manage inventory of wellpoint equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for projects and maintenance.- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support and advice.- Document all operations and maintain records for future reference and compliance purposes.- Respond to emergency situations promptly, providing solutions to prevent or mitigate water-related issues at project sites.- Provide regular reports to management on project status, challenges faced, and progress made.Job Requirements- Proven experience in managing and maintaining Wellpoint systems- Strong knowledge of dewatering techniques and groundwater control- Minimum of 5 years of field experience in a similar role- Proficiency in using dewatering systems- Ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians and operators- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction and dewatering operations- Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to prepare reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders- Willingness to travel to various job sites as required- Must possess a valid driver's license Benefits Include: Holland Pump offers a competitive salary and benefits package to include Medical/Dental Insurance, 401(k) with Match, Paid PTO/Holidays, Life Insurance, Short-Term/ Long-Term Disability Insurance and Uniforms.
