*** Liam and Cassidy are at Cat & Craft ***Liam: brown/black tabby, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 4/15/23, #18490Cassidy: charcoal & gray tabby w/white, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 9/1/23, #18741***Bonded Pair***Cats: love Dogs: calm canines Children: respectful older kids likely okay When a man found a trio of kittens in a garage in his Logan Heights neighborhood, he took one look at their stuffy noses and goopy eyes and knew just who to call-his friend from Rescue House that feeds homeless kitties in the area! At the time they entered our care, all had bad upper respiratory infections with eyes welded shut from secretions. With medicine from the doctor and lots of TLC from their foster mom, they slowly regained their health and turned into the most amazing kittens. With the rest of his crew already adopted, Cassidy was in need of a buddy, and he hooked up with Liam at Cat & Craft! Liam was found in an alley with his two siblings as a small kitten. He was more wary of the people trying to help him and evaded capture for two weeks longer than the rest of his family! He was reunited with them in foster care, and after his bolder siblings found homes, Liam was on the lookout for a new sidekick. He met Cassidy at Cat & Craft, and they became BFFs. Together, they are ready to take the next step and move in with a forever family! ---Liam has blossomed since coming to Cat & Craft now is outgoing even when the cat lounge is noisy. Once you two become friends, Liam will permit you to hold him or carry him around in a baby wrap strapped to your chest! He also regularly rewards those in his inner circle with a ferocious purr and a few kisses. In terms of toys, worm wands are the best! He also likes to bat crinkle balls, play hide-and-seek in cat tunnels, and curl up with Cassidy in the sunlight. Very into birds, he enjoys watching them on YouTube and sometimes mistakes them as the real deal, trilling at them and pouncing on the screen! ---Cassidy is a jovial and playful guy! Taking a relaxed approach to life, Cassidy first will observe the goings-on below him from up high before deciding to join in. A fella with clear opinions, if you ask him, he will tell you that he prefers dry food over wet. That isn't to say that you won't be able to get him to gobble up a minced entrée-he just needs to be enticed! He is a total charmer who purrs A LOT and is sure to sweep you off of your feet. ***Cassidy and Liam MUST be adopted together.They are good with other cats. Liam tolerates calm dogs, and we think with a well-handled introduction that it is possible Cassidy could become friends with a respectful canine too. We do not recommend rambunctious or younger children. Gentle older kids should be fine.These kittens endured a rough start and would not have survived without the intervention of some human heroes. Thankfully, their futures are now bright and sure to be filled with love! Will you welcome them into your home and provide them with a permanent place in your heart?
