Meet our baby faced 1 year old pocket pittie, Willow Eve! Believe it or not, these pictures of Willow are of her as a full grown dog, and not her as a puppy. From the looks of it, Willow will forever look like a puppy, both in her face and body, and we think it is just the cutest thing. Not only does her face look puppyish, but she’s only 40 pounds too! Willow is a young, playful, very sweet girl. She loves kids and other dogs and would enjoy having another dog to play with, but it isn’t a must. Willow is also a world-class cuddler. She's potty trained, and wants nothing more than to please and love you which makes training a fun and rewarding experience for all involved. Some of Willow’s favorite things include playing fetch and chase in the yard, going for walks, and cuddling up on the couch. She’ll quietly accompany you around the house for all your chores. Have to do some laundry? She’ll tag along. Dishes? She’ll lay beside you. Time for a break on the couch? Curled up right next to you is where she loves to be most. When asked what word best describes her personality, Willow’s foster said JOYFUL. She seems to just love anyone and everything. New experiences like walking new places, going for car rides, or getting a new toy bring her joy. She's just so happy to be alive! Who wouldn’t want a companion like that in their life? The adoption fee for Willow Eve is $400. This donation helps to cover veterinary expenses including spay/neuter, microchip and vaccinations. We will review your responses and be in contact to schedule a meet and greet at a time and place convenient for your family and our team members.Adoption processAdoption Requirements• Primary adopter must be at least 21 years old• Must have a government issued ID• All household members need to be in agreement with the adoption• Have the time and resources required to properly care for your new pet• Fill out application and complete an interview with an Adoption Counselor• Make WISH personnel aware that the animal will be a gift• If required for the specific animal, allow a home for introduction to the home, all family members, and any furry friends living in your residence• Disclose to WISH if other animals in household are not spayed or neutered • Live within an hour drive of our foster homes Adoption Fees Fees: • Puppies under 1 year $400• Dogs over 1 year old $300• Senior dogs $100• Special needs--Variable Fees: • Kittens under 8 months of age $150 each or $250 for pair• Cats over 8 months $100• Cats 8 years and up $50• Special needs--Variable We have legally approved contracts for both dogs and cats.Shelter locationScheduled meeting with potential adopters and Wish management team.
